| ARCHANGELS There are many Archangels, each of whom represent an aspect of God. It is our goal as human beings to return to unity, to experience God. The archangels are here as divine helpers to help each and every one of us to achieve our path of enlightenment. As all colors are combined to make white, it would be as if each archangel represented a color or aspect of God and all together they create the God essence. They are like a prism leading us back to unity. So in other words, each archangel has a job or role that they specialize in. These beautiful and all-loving beings help us to understand the various aspects of God, helping us to remember who we are; beings of light. Even though sometimes we distance ourselves from knowing God, we are still and always will be a divine spark of His essence, for He is our creator, the creator of All That Is. Even if we do not see or feel this at times, it lives within each of us. Remembering this is called becoming conscious, conscious of the light within us. RE-MEMBERING! To re-member with God.The archangels are here to help us on our journey of enlightenment, so that we can develp the godly qualities they represent. For example, instead of calling on Archangel Michael for protection or Archangel Raphael for healing, they want us to awaken the Michael and Raphael within our self. The archangels have also been called the supervisors of the gaurdian angels. Any of the archangels can be with anyone at anytime, simultaneously. The archangels' name describes their function for example Michael means, "Who is like God" and then the ending "el" stands for "of God". All but two archangels, Metatron and Sandalphon, end with the letters "el", and this may be because they are the only two archangels that were once in human form. I have listed below several Archangels for you to become aquainted with, if this is your desire. I suggest you work with one archangel a week, so that you can come to understand them more fully, feel their energy and receive their loving messages. Have fun, and enjoy! ARCHANGEL ARIEL Ariel's name represents "lion or lioness of God". Ariel is often associated with lions. When working with Archangel Ariel you may see lions around you. She is very involved with healing and protecting nature and animals. I have seen Archangel Ariel with beautiful flowing thick blonde hair and silvered colored wiskers adorning an orange and yellow checkered gown. She is just glowingly beautiful. You can call on her to help you with any element of nature or animals, wild and/or domestic. She will be there right by your side to assist you in your needs and has a strong yet tame loving energy that she emanates. ARCHANGEL URIEL Uriel's name represents "God's light". He is looked upon as one of the wisest archangels.His color is a pale yet beautiful yellow. He warned Noah of the upcoming flood. Uriel helps in situations of natural disasters. You can call on him for divine intervention during such an occurance, to help you through, or have him send his abounding light to the area. If you need help understanding a situation, call on Uriel to pour his light on to it so that you may have a better perception of the circumstance. He will shed his beautiful light on any situation you need an understanding of; all you have to do is ask! He also helps us in manifesting and acheiving our goals and he is wise in many areas, so it is beneficial to call upon him often. ARCHANGEL GABRIEL Gabriel's name signifies "Hero of God", or "God is my strength". She is the angel who delivered the message to Mother Mary and Elizabeth about their upcoming births of Jesus and John the Baptist. She is known for helping want to-be parents with conception, fertility and adoption. Gabriel is known as the messenger angel. She works closely with artists and writers, whom also deliever messages in their work. When working with Archangel Gabriel you may see the distinct color of copper, as well as feel a warm comforting energy.. I have seen a copper "glow" in my room when I work with this all loving archangel. |
